Easter Brunch-Need Ideas

I need a few more recipe ideas for Easter Brunch.

Here is what I have so far:

Appetizer:
Corn salsa/chips
My great-grandma's cheese puffs recipe

Main:
Sausage Bake
Bacon
Marinated veggie salad
Fruit and cinnamon dip
green beans with red onions

Dessert:
Texas sheetcake
Lemon meringue pie

I am looking for a few more ideas for the main dishes.
