Low cholestrol/low sodium ideas
A little background: this past week, we had a major scare here, and now a new meal plan has arisen from it (which is a good thing). But I need to show him that while he has food restrictions, they don't have to be the end all for him. I need to find good recipes that are low cholestrol and low sodium. I am already on allrecipes, but where else can I look? Does anyone have any recipes that they are willing to share? Thankfully, I already cook relatively healthy, but I could most certainly use some help!! Thanks in advance for any help!!!

Re: Low cholestrol/low sodium ideas
Glad he is OK.
Wish I had some ideas as well, we use lemon juice, it is getting boring.
We also use MrsDash and Morton's Light Salt which is just half Potassium & half Sodium mixed.
Morton's Substitute Salt, which is 100% Potassium tastes like ashes.
I would like to know of any recipes/hints, websites as well.
