I am in NC, and it says NBPR, does this mean I can send off this rebate form without buying wine or beer? Just send it off and receive $5.00 back?

I thought it meant you only had to buy wine. It says no beer purchase required but not no wine or alcohol purchase required. ??

The last time they put out this form - that is how it was. NC residents only had to fill out the form and mail it in. I called to verify that time. If you google Craft Alliance, you can get a phone number.
