How to post your rebate find...*Please read before posting*

When posting rebates, TMF or MG offers in the rebate forum please follow this guide on what information should be posted.

When typing your heading, please include the expire date first, then if it is a printable post "printable" and then a brief description of the offer, here is an example:
X11/11/2011 *Printable* $xx.xx wyb Clorox Wipes

Make sure all information that is on the rebate/offer is added to your post.
Description: Full detail of what the offer is for and what is required for the offer.
Value: How much the offer is valued up to
Source: Is this a tearpad, url to a printable offer, from the insert and where can this offer be found at. If it is a printable rebate offer please post the url to the offer.
Store:Is ths offer only valid at certain stores
States: Is this offer only valid in certain states
Category(s): Is this a frozen good, baby, cleaning products ect.
Expiration: When does the coupon expire

If you have the time, and know how to, please add your rebate find to the database, when doing so if you have a url to the rebate/offer please provide it so that people can go directly to the link. If you do not have a url to offer to the database, please put the url to your post on HCW as the url to refer to. Please fill in all fields when entering rebates/offers into the database

Please do not mark your post with a tick icon at any time, even if you entered your offer into the database, moderator will do this once they have checked your listing to make sure it is all entered correctly and no more information is needed.

If you feel comfortable entering your rebate into the database, please note the following:
When your entering your rebate information in the database the expire date of the rebate is required, the expire date is not when it is to be mailed in by, but the actual purchase date requirement.
Example:
Reynolds Wrap Foil From 100% Recycled Aluminum, Purchase before 5/4/09, Any Standard Or Heavy Duty; Send UPC, CRT And Completed Original Form - valid up to $3.99 rec'd by 5/30/09
So the purchase needs to be made by 5/4/09, the expire date of the rebate is 5/4/09

One final thought, do not post in your thread if you have these to offer or if you are ISO these, it is not permitted in this forum.
