For the basket ring type of rebates, I always try to have my total (after coupons)more than the requirement on the rebate. I have never tried sending it in when the total after coupons was lower than the requirement.

I am not sure if I am posting this in the right place or not .But here is my question ,back in October I got my first an only wine tag ,it was for 5 dollars back when you buy at least 5 dollars in meat no wine purchase needed.I bought the meat and filled out the required info .I mailed it before the expiration date which I think was 10/31 it said wait 6-8 weeks for money back .Well its been at least that long .I also can't remember the company or anything else much except it was in Phoenix AZ .
Any ideas ?

You can go and search in the rebate archives for this rebate. The rebates are kept for a while in the rebate archives so people can search for information on past rebates. If you are lucky, the thread on this rebate will include the phone number to call if there are any questions, you can then call and ask about the status of your rebate.

It is also a good idea to keep records of all your rebate submissions. Some people make copies of everything, some scan it in their computer, I keep a log in my notebook. I include all information that could be important, including contact numbers and promotion numbers. Then I mark off each rebate as it comes in.

I just looked through all of them ,I did not see it listed .I usually keep better track of such things .Guess its my fault ,I really thought I did everything right .:frown:

I did this rebate also. It was Ste Michelle Wine Estates Ltd Meat Rebate. The fact that the address is in Phoenix, AZ makes me believe that we will not be getting this one. The rebate company that is in Phoenix went bankrupt, and I guess none of their rebates are getting paid. I should have had my check by Nov 25, but I don't think it will be coming. :sad:

Oh ok now at least I know why I never received the money back .It figures that my first an only time I do this ,this would happen .
I guess it was to good to be true :sad:
