Re: Ken's Lite Accents Vinaigrettes--MIR (NED) I received a rejection too just a couple of weeks ago. I emailed Ken's customer service and they got right back to me. They were very friendly and said that the refunds are handled out of the office at another center. They apologized and said they'd send me out some free coupons. I just received a letter from them today and it was with a check written out to me for $3. You should email them and I think they will help you out.
