No I didn't. I set it aside to look at again later, but it got misplaced so I didn't know who to contact. I send in tons of rebates, and I've only gotten 2 or 3 of them returned.

I just sent an e-mail. It was pretty blunt. I included my address just in case they wanted to mail my refund. I wasn't gonna send them another stamp, lol.
So, one shiny quarter for some dressing, one stamp, one little mistake on thier part and quite a nice return....

Mine was returned as well. I'll have to look at mine. I think I mailed mine in March. Mine was slit open at the top, w/ a letter opener, and was marked 'return to sender', and marked 'offer expired'...but there was no exp. date.
Will try emailing them.

OK...after I re-read this thread a couple of weeks ago, I emailed them. But, the rebate I sent for was NOT a TMF. It was "Buy 2 bottles and get a $3 produce coupon". And, like everyone else, mine was returned to me, saying it was expired.

In my email, I told them which rebate I sent for, but I never heard anything. However, today, I got a $3 check from Kens Foods/Sweet Baby Ray's. Problem is...I also sent for $3 meat coupon from Sweet Baby Rays.

I'm assuming the check is for the Ken's boo-boo. But there was no letter with it, so I'll just have to wait and see if I get the coupon from SBR.

Purchase 2 bottles of Ken's Lite Accents Vinaigrettes and fill in the UPC numbers on the mail-in form and send with the original receipt and receive $3 off produce. There is no expiration date on the form.
