A Question Colgate-Palmolive Rebate

Hello!

I have been reading the fine print on the Colgate Palmolive rebate form that came out in this past weeks paper. I purchased Lady's Speed Sticks and soft soap for the promotion. Do I need to provide the UPC for the rebate? The wording is a bit hairy.

Any help would be great! I'd hate to submit my rebates only to have them rejected!

Yes, the form does say it needs the UPC information. What I did was peel off the UPCs from the items I purchased and stuck them to an index card.

Since mine were mostly deodorants, I used a sticky note and wrote down what it was and the UPC # - circled the prices on the receipt.

I did. The form doesn't say anything about deducting coupon value or anything, just to purchase $10 worth in a single transaction.

Ok, I'm glad to hear someone else is just writing the UPC info down b/c I was going to ask that myself. I bought toothbrushes so it will be the hardest thing to get UPC's off of that packaging (the paper has plastic both front and back!).
Hopefully they will honor it.....

I decided to pull the UPC info off of the products and stuck it to an index card and sent off the rebate forms today! Thanks for your input!
