Does anyone know about the current Pantene & Head&Shoulders/Allure rebate?

My WM has a new display of Pantene multi-pks (also Head&Shoulders, but I didn't purchase that) and on the very bottom is a mention of a bonus Allure One-Year subscription included. Says "see inside for details". The info inside says to go to allure.com/go/pantene & type in the special redemption code and submit your NAZ. On the very bottom, in small print, it says "see allure.com/go/pantene for offer and refund details."

I went to the website but got an error message saying that the page doesn't exist. Hopefully it will be working soon. Does anyone have the details about the refund? Can we get more than one refund...if so, do we have to submit separate CRR's?

Does there happen to be an expiration date on the information form in the box? I have done these allure rebates int he past and the checks come preety quick in the mail. I will have out check out Wal_mart next time I go!

I've done these in the past too. No, there's no mention of an exp date on the info in the box. And their website still isn't working for this and they're of no help when you call either. I found these at my WM here in Vegas (not in with the regular hair care products, but on a display in the aisle by the hair care products). A friend in OH has also found these at his WM, but neither one of us is having any luck getting the online form or more info.

We both have called and they want to get our info over the phone so they can "start up our subscription". Ummm....no...we want the refund instead (no, we didn't tell them that). I just told them that I want to first see the fine print, but they can't tell us when that info will be available.

It's been a week now since I made my purchases. You'd think that info would be available by now. I have even tried googling it to see if something might pop up, but the only current thing I'm finding is a post that I posted on another board (no responses there yet either).

OH PLEASE, what's going on with this offer????? Someone has to know!!!
