I have purchased Gorton's fishsticks for rebates for fresh or frozen seafood with no issues. It IS chicken, so I think it would work, but I can't say for sure.
The rebate:
Save $6.00 via mail-in rebate on the purchase of Chicken*
*Purchase price of chicken my exceed $10.01.
I was going to purchase chicken breast, but found a receipt w/ $12 worth of Tyson chicken on it.
Thanks for any help.

depends on if it says fresh chicken or not (that would help me to decide) or call the clearinghouse that is taking care of the rebate and ask them! Hope it works out for you. :)
I don't know who is sponsoring your rebate. I have done Tyson frozen chicken with Bud rebates before with no problems. I haven't tried any of the others.

I have used tyson chicken nuggets for bud and corrs/miller rebates before with no issues. I agree with the pp if the rebate says "fresh" chicken or fresh meat and includes chicken then I would not but if it just says chicken then I do not think it will be an issue.

I just mailed in a Redhook Chicken rebate with a Tyson Nugget receipt. If it doesnt say fresh/from the meat dept etc. I dont see why not.
