Rebate ~ Discussion: $2.50/$5 The Classic Margarita by Mike's

This rebate is for general merchandise (excl alcohol, tobacco, pharmacy, electronic, appliances and gc's), $2.50 back wyb $5 worth...the question I have is on the back in fine print it says "This off may not be combined with any other coupon(s) or offer(s)."

Is it saying I can't use coupons on the general merchandise I purchase for this rebate? I would appreciate any help on this because there isn't a phone number or web address listed.
