Can someone point me to the Aveeno rebate $10/$25
Not the Aveeno Ageless Vitality.

here are the details I just can't find the form.

Receive a Aveeno $10 mail in rebate, when you purchase $25 worth of Aveeno products in a single purchase. Excludes tax, trial sizes, and ageless vitality products.

Glad I saved it - someone on another board couldn't find it either, so makes me think Aveeno has taken it off of their site...

Still waiting for mine too (sent July 14)! I was going through my spreadsheet making calls on the ones sent over 60 days ago and there was no contact info for this.....

I'm going to call aveeno directly today and see what's going on.

I have been waiting since 6/30, so I contacted Aveeno through their website directly since there is no contact info on the form itself. Will update when I get a response!
