Default Sure For Men TMF denied

My Sure For Men rebate was denied yesterday because I supposedly exceeded the household limit. The letter they sent didnt have any address or phone number to contact to protest. Since this was the only Sure rebate I've sent in this year, I can only assume that they denied it because I did their TMF rebate last year. Usually when the offer dates change, it's a new rebate and you can do it again. Apparently not so with this offer. So if you did the Sure TMF rebates last year, I wouldnt recommend doing them again this year.

Not sure if this is related but Innovative Brands, the parent company of Sure and Pert, sold those 2 brands to another company on April 1, 2010. So I'm wondering if they are denying rebates sent before that date because they don't own the brand anymore.

MIght want to wait a couple days before you panic

I did the Sure deodorant rebate and bought more than one on my receipts since they were on clearance. I received 3 rejection letters and a few days later I received the actual rebate.

My sister and my mom got the rejection letters as well and then got the checks too. It seems they process these funny, so wait a couple days and hopefully your check will come too.

It would be nice if these companies could do their jobs right to begin and not make people worry that they are sending in rebates that they will never get paid for. But anyway, I got ahold of someone in customer service for Sure via email and she said my rebate will be processed. No explanation given for what went wrong. A friend sent in 2 Sure rebates (that she also did last year) at the same time I did and she got her checks back yesterday with no problem. I've never had any problems before with Sure rebates, the checks have always come within 4 weeks. I'm just tired of getting rejection letters and having to hound these companies to get my rebates. It's been happening way too much to me.
    *rant over, thanks!*
