Question about filling out a rebate form

Question: on the form there is a field that says "Retailer Name (where you obtained this offer)"
what do i put in there? i got this in trade, the person who sent it to me, got it from Harris Teeter, but i bought it at Acme.
any ideas? TIA

Personally, I would put the store I bought it at. Which offer says that? I haven't come across that wording yet.

I am hesitant to put Acme on because in NJ we never get those NBPR offers. our stores do not ever have them and alcohol/beer is only sold in specialty stores not supermarkets. that is why i got it in trade and did not pick it up at the store. as far as i know Acme does not have stores in NC.
this is the offer for NBPR $10 shrimp/seafood/spices wyb $20.
