you should have sent them in at different times....they are looking at the hand writting and the names and the address...
I sent in 2 rebates, one for myself and one for my mother. She lives at 26 and i live at 28. We have the same last name and street name since we live next door to each other. Well, it has been more than 6 weeks and we haven't received our check. I called Procter & Gamble and was told that both our rebates were invalid due to "exceeding the limit". I told her we both only sent one rebate each. She said she thinks it could be the computer picking it up. I did pay for both with my credit card, but it shouldn't matter who paid, only that we stick to the one per household. I live in one house and she lives in another, that should meet the whole one per household. Anyone else have this problem, or suggestions?

it still shouldn't matter- she followed the one per hh rule.
i just wonder if you both sent a copy of your drivers license along with the rebate and marked out all info except name/addy/pic so they would see it is in fact two separate people. i mean, no you shouldn't have to do that, but if this is going to happen with rebates (and if you have looked at several other discussions in the rebate forum , you'll see it is becoming one) then maybe this is what we'll have to do. i send them in for me and my MIL - we have same last name and same city, so i may have to do that for us too
