Coors 5/25 gift card purchase x12/31/09 Dept#100576 Problem

I sent in lots of rebates last December and I have gotten back all but one. The missing one was a get $5 when you purchase $25 in gift cards dept# 100576 from Coors. When I type in my name and address on the rebate tracker I can not see this rebate. I called and gave the woman the dept# and my address and she was able to look it up. She said it was received 12/16 and processed 12/18 but the check is awaiting approval. She gave me a tracking number and with that I can find it on their website but it still does not show up if I just use my name and addy so I have some questions.
1. Has anyone else received this rebate check - just curious if this whole offer is messed up or just my submission?

2. when I get coors rebates, the checks are always dated the day the rebate processed (in thiscase 12/18) and say void after 90 days. If this check comes after March 18th an I going to be able to cash it?

I have not received mine .I had forgot about it till I read your post.
I checked rebate track but,nothing showed up.OP do you still have the # to call to check on the rebate?

I did this along with the heniken gc rebates I am still waiting on almost all of them I really need the $$ soon too. I have been wondering what the hold up is too :(

ETA that is the phone number for miller/coors.

Heineken is bpr here for some reason so I do not have any info on them.

i got mine also, it was around 2/20 i believe, the date on it was the date they mailed it 2/16 or so, and it was 90 days from that point. hope this helps

I had given up on this one because I originally got a rejection from them (never figured out why, but it was still within the timeframe so I just resent it with another CRT) and never heard anything else, but lo and behold I received my rebate yesterday. The check date was 3/22 so I've got plenty of time to cash it.

I got mine yesterday too and the check was also dated 3/22! I had given up hope on this one so I was happy. Now that I am looking at the check I can see that the reason I could not track it on their website was because they mistyped my name but I still have no idea why it took so long.
