Help Kellogg's Fuel For School PO Box Closed Early

I received 2 of my rebates back for this and the post office had stamped "Box Closed No Order", so I assumed that means their post office box has closed. There is also a yellow sticker from the post office that has "Return to sender Not Deliverable as Addressed Unable to Forward" it has a sticker that is dated 10/08/09. Both envelopes are post marked 9/30/09. I've looked at the copies of the forms for these and they state they must be post marked by 9/30 and received by 10/9, so basically they shut their post office boxes at least a day early. Do I call Kellogg's? I don't see a phone number on the copies of the forms. I want to leave the forms sealed in the envelopes since they were post marked like they should be and the sticker shows they tried to deliver them before the 9th when they should have still accepted them. I don't know if I should just try to get this for one of them since they do say 1 per household even though the po boxes were different numbers. I have a feeling my 3rd rebate will show up Monday. Since they said they would accept them until the 9th but shut their po box early I am really disappinted that they don't follow their own rules.:sad:

Any advice would be much appreciated.

I would keep the envies sealed like you mentioned. Try calling Kellogg's (1-800-962-1413) to explain. You can check status of any Kellogg's promos here: Special Offers Status Inquiry

If you have received your Kellogg's Fuel for School rebate materials back in the mail, and the postmark was 9/30/09 or earlier, please send the entire returned envelope directly to us at P.O. Box CAMB, Battle Creek, MI 49014 and mark "FFS EXCEPTION" on the outside of the envelope. No need to call us first. I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused anyone - we certainly do appreciate your participation in this rebate program!

I thought that they had to be purchased by 9/30 and not postmarked by then ...
