Nabisco BACK TO SCHOOL REBATE - submission denied

I got a postcard saying that I am being denied because I did not send in Proofs of purchase with the form. But the forms does not say to send in the proofs of purchase. THEN they say to call 1(800)336-1096 - but that number is not in service!
I sent a complaint to Kraft - but have not heard back from them - does anyone have any other ideas?

sometimes they refer to receipts as proofs of purchase. It doesn't just mean UPCs. Maybe they made a mistake and thought they didn't get your receipt? Call Kraft direct to try and figure it out....that number is prob the fulfillment house.

Please let us know what you find out. I have not been saving the UPCs, and am not too happy about that.

Same thing happened to me with the Kraft rebate. I called 1-877-535-5666 and spoke with a represenative who forwarded my info to the promotions dept to look into. Now I will be waiting for them to call me ....wonder how long that will be!?! If you have any better luck let me know how your matter gets resolved. This is rather dissapointing since the majority of my pantry is filled wth Kraft products!!

Can anyone tell me if Ritz Crackerfulls are on the rebate list, please?. I have been to the website and can't find the list. Also, called them and they were to e-mail me a copy of the list, and haven't gotten it.

Funny thing - I have not received mine yet - but I actually did cut out all the UPCs for the Kraft one and then saw they were not required. I am going to be not so happy if they were actually required. It was not easy to get the UPCs off the kraft mac cups!
