No Beer Rebates in OR?

If this is a stupid question I apologize, but it's been bugging me all summer! I feel like I should know the answer, but I just don't.

All summer long, I kept seeing all these great NBPN rebates; you know the ones I'm talking about! For chips and ice and all sorts of other things everyone buys in the summer. What I don't understand is why OR is never included? I'm assuming it has something to do with some kind of law. :shrug7: Well, pooh on the lawmakers, because I would have loved to have taken advantage of some of the rebates. :sad: We buy a ton of chips and snacks and sunscreen and there were some really good rebates available that I couldn't participate in. And with my hubby out of work for most of the summer, we really could have used the extra money!

OK, vent over. Thanks for letting me get it out. Reps to anyone who can give me a straight answer.
