Just got this info back today via email:
Dear Ms. Hoffman,
Our apologies for the delay of your rebate. There was a problem in processing that caused a back-up of outgoing rebates. As a result, all consumers are receiving rebates later than expected. There was also a misprint for the telephone number - we are not sure how this happened as we did not handle the printing. We ask that you forward your full mailing address and we will be sure your rebate is processed. Please allow a 3-4 more weeks.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience.
