Tombstone IP rebate?

So I see that there are tearpads with this rebate (I've seen them up for trade) and an IP link posted. I'm just double checking, but since the link is up it's safe to assume the IP form is good, right? I'd really hate to buy 17 pizzas only to find out I had to have the tearpad.

I have mine printed out just to remind me. I have never had problems with any other IP forms before. I highly doubt you will need the form from tearpad. HTH :-)
