Well, I have emailed them for the 4th time. Now my account says "next payment May 15th", but the money is still showing to be paid in February!!

The pay date says the 15th, but mine didn't mail out until the 19th(i got a check). And i just recieved it today. On the other hand, a 10$ bonus giftcard i have been waiting on since october is still pending, i contacted them and they finally emailed me back last friday and said it would be mailed out in 15 days....

I just joined ebates and have $5.48 in my account. Do they just send out checks at certain times or do you have to request it? How do I go about requesting a check? I've looked all over their website and couldn't figure it out.

They only send them out on certain dates, I think four times a year. If you have enough money in your account when the next pay date comes around they'll automatically send you a check without you having to request it. You have to be over $5 in your account, but that can't include the $5 bonus that they give for signing up. So if you got the $5 bonus for signing up, then you'll have to wait until you get $10 in your account. I think the next payment date is May 15, so you still have time to earn more money toward your check before then.
