Rebate ~ Discussion: FAQ where do you find the forms?

Could someone please tell me where you had gotten the Heinekin rebate for $10 back on seafood and meat? It is asking where the form was obtained, and I just don't think HCW would go over so well! LOL Thanks in advance.

I got the rebate check this week.All I did was put friend on the form.

I put the stoer my receipt was from after contacting the trader. We figured it may look odd if I put one store and none of the receipts were from there. No issues getting rebate although she was from the south and I'm up north.

I have found heineken mirs at publix and a friend has found them at harris teeter.
I have put both stores and the rebates go through fine.

I often need to trade for my forms. I find very few in my stores. Watch the trading forum or use the database trading utility to get the forms you want/need.

I am getting back into couponing and rebating after some time off. Where do the stores keep their forms? I mostly shop at these stores:
wal-mart
cvs
kroger
dollar general
