Need help with Rebate Question ASAP - about qualifying states

If a rebate says it is valid to the residents of NC; Could I send in a receipt from a non qualifying state as long as I send it from my residence in NC.

I have a receipt from on vacation I am trying to use but the address on the receipt is a nonqualifying state....

Please help if anyone knows....

Yes . I have bought items in Fl. on vacation and mailed in for NC with no problem.I live in NC also.

And the rebate wasn't valid to residents of FL? Thanks and reps...

If the rebate is valid for NC and your mailing address for the rebate is a valid NC address, any valid receipt is good. I may not have made it clear in the other post.I actually bought items at one of the disney stores in FL. for a beer (nbpr )MIR 25/50 valid for NC residents. I got the rebate back for the $25 .Hope this helps with the previous post.Happy rebating.
