 Cinemax rebate combined with other offers?
We recently got Cinemax for a penny per year through DishNetwork if we would sign up for credit card auto-bill and online statements. I recently found this and in every other way I qualify. Has anyone else done this (or a similar) Cinemax rebate when they were getting Cinemax on a promo? Is Cinemax pretty easy on their rebates like HBO and Showtime are? Any experiences on this would be appreciated!
