FAQ FAQ alcohol rebate definitions

What do you consider a condiment? All I can think of is ketchup & mustard...

Does salad dressing count?
How about cheese sauce (like for nachos)?
Salsa?
What else?

Erica

Default Re: Conidments question

I have counted sauces - bbq sauce, A-1, hot sauce, Lee & Perrins, etc. And mayo and salad dressings. Any kind of spread you could put on a sandwich is what I consider condiments!

Default Re: Condiments question

con·di·ment (kŏn'də-mənt)

n. A substance, such as a relish, vinegar, or spice, used to flavor or complement food.

I would include this dictionary definition with my rebate submission.

I have called re: salad dressing and was told salad dressing counted as both a condiment and a dip.

Default Definition of meat...

Can anyone tell me for sure whether "meat" can include lunchmeat you have sliced at the deli on rebates that are just of "meat' and other items? I want to make sure I get my rebate!

TIA!

I have used deli and prepackaged lunch meat as meat on bud, miller, and coors.
Fresh meat - no, I don't use lunch meat.
Meat snacks I use lunch meat and wieners also

Yes, and the issue(s) are discussed here:

http://www.hotcouponworld.com/forums...ut-rebate.html

Here's the paragraph about meat:
Both "meat" and "any meat" mean the same thing. Whenever the rebate uses a general term like "meat," "soda," or "school supplies" and does not use language elsewhere that reasonably should clarify what is intended, you are free to buy any item that a reasonable person would categorize that way. "Meat" means ANY animal flesh, even sea animals and birds. Fresh, frozen, canned, cured, deli area, etc. - all are acceptable. "Meat" would not mean the meat of nuts, but it also would not mean red meat only.

HELP Questions on Bud Rebates

For the Bud Rebate that includes Pizza... DH ordered it online from Dominos and it gave him an online receipt and then he went and picked it up at the store but it didn't give him another receipt. Do you think that they would take that? it's not really a CRT per say?

Also - do Almonds Roasted & Salty count as salty snacks - I bought them at CVS.

Thanks!

Default Re: Questions on Bud Rebates

Previously, I made an online order to Dominoes too but I was the one who picked it up and requested for a CRT which I submitted for the $15 MIR. I think there's a toll free number on the rebate form you can call to make sure before you submit your rebate to make sure you don't get a denied postcard later.
