need help! Is this ok?

I have been having a lot of problems with my feet. Last night I went out and purchased a set of arch supports made by Dr Scholls. My question is the package says that if you are not completely satisfied you can send in your proof of purchase as well as a copy of the receipt and get your money back...So now my question is? I have only had them for like one day and don't know if I am completely satisfied our not.....would it be wrong of to send in the information and get my money back????

JMO, I would wait a week or so. It would be kinda hard to tell if you like it after only wearing it 1 day. Your feet have to get acustomed (Mispelled?) to the change. KWIM?

I plan to keep them...I was just curious what the rest of the world thought about getting the ''rebate'' regardless of my satisfaction.

It's all about what you feel is right.

Do you just want to get the $ back, or do you want a good company to continue making good products for consumers? I'm sure many people will send in the Satisfaction Guarenteed forms and get their money back regardless of whether or not they liked the product. I'm sure that just as many, if not more, will not send it in regardless of whether they liked the product.

Again, I feel that morally if you like the product, you shouldn't send it in just to get the money back. It's always nice to get free products, but companies will stop offering these types of services if too many people abuse them. We hear about poor customer service all over this site. Iif we want better service, we need to allow companies to make their money in order to pay the people we want to get good or great customer service from.

Well since that was posted a while ago...I have had a chance to ''try out'' the product. To be honest the product wasn't that great, but they have been ok...so I just kept them and somewhere along the way I lost the receipt...so no worries. I was just curious what most people did.
