Herbal Essence mani/pedi question?

I bought the special marked bottles and noticed it says 2 offers per household. However, it only prompts for 2 upcs and then you print the form from online. If I bought 4 on one receipt, do I enter the upcs into the website twice and just print 2 forms and send in with 1 receipt?

Help, has anyone successfully submitted for 2 offers on one receipt and received them? If so, how did you do it?

I send mine separate... and received both vouchers (in 2 different envelopes) yesterday!! :)

What do the envelopes look like? HE is saying they mailed mine and my sister's but we have not received them.

I got mine in the mail today. It is in a white envelope with Herbal Essences return address. It does say "your free mani or pedi voucher enclosed" and "just for you, from Herbal Essences" under my address, and "Look inside for details . . .". Hope that helps.

I followed the directions for redemptions, and there were no venues for Louisville yet, or many of what I would call major cities in the US. I called the number given and they will get back to me in a business week with a possible venue. I think they are setting these up as they go, like the Walgreens Spa Rewards last year. The offer is valid until 1/31/09, so they need to get these taken care of quickly.

I've seen the list, there are a few in VA, mostly major cities, Va beach, Richmond, Fairfax, etc. I don't have one within 50 miles.

Im curious to see how they are going to help me.

This will be ugly - like the spa rewards, Im sure..

But if you dealt with SR, you KNEW this would be ugly,didnt you :)

I got 3 in my town, called them all, and NON do ped/man...

so Im waiting 'the week' too :(
