Correct???
I emailed the company to resolve the issue. I know its only a few dollars, but money is money. And I know how rebates work...anything to get the consumer to go away. It makes you wonder how they get away with it.... | I too received the same postcard (I bet a metric ton of others received it too).

Nowhere on that rebate offer does it state a 'start date' for the purchase of the product and they better not use 'an implied' excuse.

I do not let these things lie.
What I do is get the NAZ of the sponsor (you see, I am done dealing with the fulfillment agency): + Consumer Affairs
BIC Corporation One BIC Way, Suite 1 Shelton, CT 06484-6299 + And write (an email will not do) to them stating that their good reputation is on the line. That the benefit of the doubt should be given to the customer. + My product was purchased in October 2007 at CVS (during one of their wundebar ECB full price offer and I was also able to use a B1G1F manufacturer's coupon). +
I just checked: www.rebatestatus.com - Search
and it states the following: We have received your submission and it is being processed. The estimated mail date for your check is 21-Oct-2008.
