Thanks OP! I hope the CVS receipts for this product will be okay for the rebate since they say "battery handle" and does not specify the name of the product. I guess it's worth a shot though since all we have to lose is a stamp:)

I found these peelie rebate forms on the toothbrushes at walmart the other day. Walmart of all places. Just a heads up. Sorry you all I did not take any of them to trade. I did purchase on that had the peelie on it.

When I print out the rebate the right hand side gets cut off. I have tried on 2 pritners and same thing. Will they take it with half f it cut off as long as I give all the info asked?

Try printing it rotated 90 degrees. I think the setting is called landscape (in printer options).
