It finally CAME!! I called on 5/16 about my missing seafood rebate, and they said it would take 3 more weeks. Well 5 1/2 weeks later it finally came. It is a handwritten check. For those who still have not received it the check came from-

Erin looks like the number you are calling is correct if it says you reached the offices of DAA.

I will never do a rebate for this one again.

I got this one today too....I'm a little leary about cashing it because it's look's like a personal check. I'm with you I wouldn't do this rebate again!

OMG, I forgot about this one and almost wrote them off!

I called the same number as above, spoke with Helen, very pleasant. Somehow my street name was not even close to what it is, and my state was listed as KY instead of TX?!?

so she said it will go out on Monday since they only process once a week.

For those who still don't have it yet, I would call.

She was able to pull my name up right away, just the wrong street and state...and I am sure I wrote it correctly, lol

I ended up threatening to report this processing center to the NY Attorney General's office - mostly because every time I called or emailed the story changed - one time I was told they 'ran out of checks'. What? Your company is in the business of sending out rebate checks & you ran out?

After I threatened, I did get the check.
