this may be some silly questions: does it have to be 5 of the same item? am I correct in thinking you can send in from past months? or does it matter as long as it was this year? I sometimes keep my grandsons for a month at a time, and with one in diapers and one in pull up, this would be awesome!

You just need at least five eligible purchases - it does not have to be five of the same item. As long as the purchases were made in 2008, you can submit for the refund. Last year, I kept all of my receipts and sent them in together at the end of the year. You can submit as soon as you make five eligible purchases or submit when you have a bunch - whatever works best for you.
Just make sure that your purchases are on the list of eligible products - I believe that only Huggies and Pull-ups jumbo packs are included (not any other size packs).

FYI - Walgreens has a free after rebate item this month (Nature Made Rx Essentials, 30 or 60 Pack) that also qualifies for Caregivers Marketplace rebate. Some Walgreens print duplicate receipts and Caregivers usually accepts them (not photocopies, I mean actual duplicates from the store.) If my figures are right, you'd actually MAKE a dollar :)

Also, the Nature Made vitamins are often BOGO at Walgreens and CVS, so combining those sales with the Caregiver rebate is great. It's how I get my Cholesterol vitamins.

1. Purchase at least (5) or more eligible products. (brand names: Depend,Ensure, Huggies, Poise, Glucerna, Good NIghts, Pull-ups, Os-cal, No-rinse products, Stander, cottonelle, citrucel, Nature made, poligrip, Ecotrin, comfort, polident, gold bond, aspercreme; etc.)
2. Fill out form off web site.
3. Send in the form with original cash register receipt-- no copies. Receipts have to be dated in 2008. Must be postmarked by Jan. 31, 2009


Most items are $1.00 rebate each, medical equipment up to $7.50... will let you know on form. There is no limit to the amount of rebates you can get...
