I like this product. Almost every product has a customer guarantee even without a form. If you don't like it, complain and tell the company how much you paid.

But I would hate to see a company think that a product is "not good" just because we couponers want our money back.

You know, we should probably tell them that.

Dumb question, but does anyone know the best way to get the freakin' UPC symbol off of the bottle? :)

I did not like the product. It just didn't go very far with the soap on the sponge. Maybe it is our water, I don't know. That and it smelled bad to all of us ! I got the citrus scented one. It smelled musty.
I took my hairdryer and softened the glue on the label and peeled it off.
I got my rebate check yesterday.

At the dollar stores, they sell utility knives.

The blades are razor sharp.

I score the UPC on all four sides, then, take a deep breath and with that sharp razor blade attempt to pell off the corner of the UPC.

Works about 95% of the time.

The other 5%, after scoring, I affix some clear tape.

Making sure that the tape is down good, I quickly peel off a corner that I have started to peel off and then tape that UPC somewhere where it cannot be lost or overlooked (many times on the receipt, with an arrow drawn to it).

02/19/2008 = received rejection letter

A cryptic 'did not meet the following requirement' explanation was stated:

"… did not meet the cash register receipt requirements. The cash register receipt enclosed was not dated within the time period designate for this offer."

The purchase date is clearly on the receipt, the fulfillment person did not look good enough.

The letter instructed me to go to a website and the return email said to make a telephone call.


I called and was told to mail in proof (I always can and save as a *.jpg file what I submit).

What a pain.

Later, I wrote to the manufacturers of Dawn (P&G) and told them that they are paying the fulfillment agency way too much for the crummy effort.

I also got a rejection letter. I emailed them and told them there was no way I could send in anything else because they had it all. Finally, they decided to send my check. It was a big hassle ! So, you are not the only one.

Maybe it's because too many ppl are mailing in saying how unhappy they are??? I honestly cannot believe that one pump can do ALL my dishes by how I wash mine. At least I don't pay where water where I live!

I don't recall the form having a spot asking "Why didn't you like this product..." I'm pretty sure it didn't. I also got a rejection letter that the UPC wasn't enclosed and I make copies of everything and I told the guy when I called it most certainly was enclosed. I taped it to the form and "apparently" that was my mistake, he said something about the form goes thru a machine and it must have ripped it off. But since I fought with him they sent the check - it seems I have to call everytime nowadays to get my rebate checks - scammers!
