I bought a form off ebay where I got several other different rebate forms...my only problem is I can't find a Hormel Cure 81 ham anywhere that is over $11 and it needs to be over $15 for the rebate. The stores I've found that sell them all have these tiny ham "quarters" not a whole lot bigger than my fist. Luckily I've been able to use the other rebate forms I bought (all from same lady) and she thru in one for Alaskan seafood as a ROAK and I used that, so I'm not out of money if I can't find the ham, but still!

2 small packages should work because it says receipt(s). The last time I looked, super walmart had the cure 81 hams.

Thanks. I checked Giant yesterday and they have them in halves and quarters. The prices are from $8 to $17 (4.99/lb.). Does anybody know there will be any sale before Christmas to lower the cost (or get more paying the same price?) If there's no sale in the near future, I will go ahead and buy it because the ham won't expire until next January.

There is a cpn out by miller that is $5 off instantly off any ham except hormel $15 min purchase.

Don't think so, looks like it has to be one ham....maybe I could ask the meat dept guy to package two together and price as one, lol? Seriously though, if I can't find one I'm going to just buy a regular Hormel ham and see if the rebate will go through anyway, I think.

Oh, and I found them a couple places..Winn Dixie and IGA. You can go on the Hormel site and it'll let you select the product and then it'll show you the location. Not sure how reliable it is, cause it said the IGA had the whole hams, but it didn't.

According to the form it says receipt(s), so 2 would work just as long as it exceeds $15.
