I recieved the dreaded white rejection card which stated my submission was "not within the valid price range" I was finally able to call today and the gal said I had purchased a frozen turkey. She insisted I had to buy a ham platter, turkey platter or deli platter. Huh?? That she said was her interpretation of the rebate. But she said she would check with the sponsor and see if they would accept it. Well while I was waiting my one minute or so I remembered the front of the rebate had a picture of a ham etc.. LOL She was polite and yes they would accept it she said. Glad I called ,even so that reason did not match the reason they stated on the form. I am getting my rebate though. Yeah. First time I ever called.

I have used turkey lunch meat before without an issue. I tell you, they get more and more difficult and I get more and more rejections. Once, they told me I didn't buy the alchohol. Well, I didn't need to buy it for my state. They told me I didn't buy the right product once, that I didn't do it within the right date range, etc. I submit A LOT of rebates and funny that I ONLY make these mistakes on their rebates. Never with Miller, etc. I Hate Diageo for that. I have pretty much had to complain to get my money for a lot of them. They obviously work very hard to discredit any requests.
I LOVE NBPR and NWPR rebates valid in VA!!!

Diego definitely gives me the most rejections. Usually, for not purchasing the alcohol. But, when I call, they've never given me a problem and do get it taken care of.

I've also had a lot of rejections from Heineken. I always call and sometimes have had to fax my receipts in, because they forget to add something that I clearly had circled, so I always make a copy of the form and the receipts. I think they are hoping people won't call, and probably the people who didn't make copies of their receipts won't call. I think the Bud rebates are the easiest to deal with.
