Any idea of what they mean by specially marked?

As far as I can tell the 'specially marked' ones are those that say "NEW" at the top.

These should not to be confused with the ones that have "Try Me Free" at the top.

The printable rebate goes to POB 7129, while the boxes marked with TMF go to POB 7030. (Two different rebates)

As far as the UPC goes, they are the same on both boxes.

It seems that the form is no longer available on the website. If you printed it months ago, it's still valid though.

I just went there and it apparently was removed from the website. Unless there is a trick to getting it to pull up?
