Okay, I'm gonna sound stupid here but anyway...how does this work? Is there a form to print out? I just hopped over here from another forum where they were talking about NBPN/NWPN rebates for things like meat, etc.

You find the forms usually at grocery stores and gas stations/convenience stores. They are usually in the tear pad/peelie form, although I have seen some as hang tags around bottle necks. If you can not find them, you can trade for them in the trader's forum (but please no asking for trades in the rebate forum :) ).

If you are in a no beer purchase state listed on the rebate form, you do not have to buy the alcohol, just the item mentioned in the rebate (this one is meat or cheese - any meat or cheese as long as it cost $5.01 or more)
