I take discounts to mean after the "bonus" or "discount" cards are scanned. We have several stores around here that print the regular price on the crt and underneath it has the sale price printed or the free item is subtracted out.
Has been my experience that has been what was meant for discounts.
Coupons are a form of payment. A tender. Not a discount.
With p&g going crazy lately - I sure hope kimberly clark doesn't follow suit.

Did anyone get this rebate? I got a nice letter stating that purchased less than $20, but I can "resubmit the requested information in 14 days with a copy of this letter".
I stopped counting how much I had when I hit $24 - so this is nonsense. And since they kept the receipts, there's no way I can proved what I sent. (I didn't think to copy the receipts)
Anyone else have problems with this rebate?
