Offer begins for purchasing January 10, 2010 and ends February 5, 2010. Postmark date is on or before end date of February 5, 2010.

Products include Ambi, Aveeno, Clean & Clear, Purpose, Lubriderm and RoC. Purchase of $30 worth of products required to submit.

I noticed the form prints with a 16-digit bar code bottom left.

I'm not sure if this will work or not, but it's worth a shot. Go to my original link. If you see a zip code (perhaps your automatic default), highlight it, hit the delete key on your keyboard, and then click on the word "go". Get out of coupons.com altogether. Now go back to my link in my post and see if it doesn't come up this time. (Note: This will remove your default zip code if you have one set.)

I don't see it any longer, but it may because I printed already. However, I copied the link before I printed the form.

Please, someone let me know if this works or not.

coupons.com only offers these printables for so long, normally during the month, being the 1st of Jan, it may not be now available to print. I removed your original link and did a direct like to coupons.com, I did post the zipcode that the other side did provide. I assume it is no longer available to print from coupons.com

I think it's gone. Wow, Johnson and Johnson must only want to pay out a small number of rebates, especially since you have to purchase $30 in products to get $10 back.

Althought it is totally up to the company to decide how many forms to release to the public, I might have to think about my future Johnson & Johnson products.

well if its a barcode attach to the rebate it might be a unique barcode for each who ever printed.
