Still haven't gotten the first check (or the second). I just went and emailed Kraft last night about the first one, so I'll see where they direct me to. I've had several things that have been delayed, misrouted and destroyed in the last month. *sighs*

I was rejected on my first but got the second check a few days ago. I bought identical items so no idea why they rejected the first.
