It may be monthly on some items. Yes there's a hangtag too w/the $3 coupon & there's a rebate w/the form too. Not sure if it's the same address from the hangtag vs the printable one to mail it in though.

I heard somewhere, and I can't remember where, that this rebate might have been extended. Does anyone have any info either way? I found a hangtag on this product at Rite Aid today, but it was for the same dates.

I know what the dates are on it, but I heard they extended the dates and we could send in for the rebate. As anyone heard this too? Thanks
