be careful there is no start date listed on the form but someone in another thread stated they called and were told start date is today (10/1) so you might want to call if you are planning to send in for product already purchased just to be sure. I just found another group of the free glade candle qs (10 or 12 I think) so now just to remember to break them up into sets of 3 when I buy them..............

its hard to see, but it does say limit 3 per household and they have to be mailed in separate envelopes. HTH

The rebate form says purchases must be made between 10/1/09 and 6/30/10. Twin packs and multi-packs are considered as single product purchase.

You'll need the UPC #s and the original dated, store-identified cash register receipts with purchase prices of the products circled. Just FYI.

They posted a different form today. I saved the one yesterday to my hard drive, and it just says, "Purchase any three SC Johnson products from the list above. Twin-packs and multi-packs, blah, blah, blah." They must have realized they forgot to put the start date on there and changed it.
