if you stack some coupons, this week at target they have a buy 5 candles, get a $5.00 gift card. Then you can send in the rebate and still make money- varies per coupons you use.

These rebates came in really, really fast. Within a month, I think. It's great to get $15 out of the mailbox, especially when you need to buy cat food!

I think my OOP was .50 on 3 glade products and received the $5 check this week.

Although I'm new to rebates I think if they say "Buy x# of products" then it doesn't matter what they cost you as long as you buy # (in this case 3). If they say "Buy x$ of products" then that is when what it costs you matters. Any veteran rebaters confirm that?

Anyway, my check came with a note that said "Sorry you were disappointed with Drano". I didn't buy Drano nor did I give any indication I was disappointed with the Glade products. Interesting....

prayerbear...............glad to know that but I have receipt that I bought 3 candle used free coupons and 0.00 balance should I send it in?

Well, again I'm really new at this so you're probably asking the wrong person. Hopefully one of the more experienced rebaters will answer.

I'm thinking "what could it hurt?" What's the worse that would happen if you go ahead and send it in? They reject it? So then you still have time to do some more shopping. The best that could happen? You'd have a $5 MM. Seems worth trying to me.

My first check came like that too. Said "Sorry you were disappointed with Drano" Can't be disappointed when you've never tried it lol. But I have my $5 so I don't mind if they have it a little backwards

But then today, I get a rejection letter for the second one I sent saying I didn't submit 3 valid UPCs. I have the scans for both and I most certainly did. I know on one of them tho, that 2 of the UPCs are the same since I bought two of the same candles on that receipt. Does every submission have to be 3 different product UPCs? I have their 800# on the rejection letter so I guess I'll call Mon and try to straighten this out, but that's the only thing I can think of that they could reject, but I don't remember seeing that anywhere on the form. Thoughts?

Okly dokly, after reading back a ways it seems that even if I bought all 3 the same it should've worked. Guess I'll look doubly hard at my rebate scans to see if there's something else. Also I provided them my email and never received any confirmations, wonder why everyone else did?

Come to think of it my 3 items were all different. I'm eager to hear what they say when you call on Monday as I'd planned to make my other two all Scrubbing Bubbles. Sure appreciate you posting the details and info. I rep'd ya.

Think it would work for one of my items if I use a free coupon?

Just got a coupon today from them for a free scrubbing bubbles shower cleaner up to $17.

Got 4 glades today at walgreens on 2 tickets, so the scrubbing bubbles would complete one rebate, and I have enough coupons to finish up the other two I think.
