The only thing I saw in the database is the link that brings you to this thread. I didn't see any link to print out a rebate form. Is there a printable one available?

The form is not printable. Best thing is to put an ISO in the trade forum or add it to your dbase WL and see if there are any trader matches.

I have a question about one of the items. What does "Green Giant Vegetables in Cooking Pouches" mean? I've purchased 5 boxes of the GG Boxed Veggies multiple times recently and was hoping to use one of those receipts. I visit the GG website and nowhere does it state that explicitly for a product. The boxed veggies do have a cooking pouch that you microwave the veggies in. Should count right? TIA!

On the form it shows a picture of the Warm Delights minis but they aren't on the product list. Anyone know what is going on with that? Is there a website where there is info for this rebate (I know the form is not online)?

I traded for mine. I have no idea where the person found it. I haven't seen them around. She still has some left last I checked though. =)

Question: do the items have to be on one receipt only?
And can you send in multiple rebates in one envelope of do they need to be separate?

I got two of these forms and I bought a bunch of Fiber One yogurts on two separate occasions. Well, the first trip was 9/20 and I had already gotten rid of the packaging so I do not have those UPC codes anymore. What do to, what to do? :hectic1: I could kick myself. Right now I've got on envelope ready to go with the 5 UPC codes, and the second envelope only has one UPC code... I will have to scrounge around, I guess. :sad: If only the Yo-Plus was included, then I'd be set.
