The form is listed in the dbase, search General Mills

The only thing I saw in the database is the link that brings you to this thread. I didn't see any link to print out a rebate form. Is there a printable one available?

What I don't understand is that GM was started in MN, and MN isn't even included in the eligible states! What did they base their choice of states on anyway???
