I bought 5 General Mills products yesterday and received a $3 catalina at my grocery store. Sure would love to use that receipt for a $5 rebate! Where do we get the form?

i havent seen the form anywhere here in Northern Arkansas either at my store....I will keep looking though - should I find any I will spread the word
