Last time I sent in for a rebate from this company, I got a rejection letter saying it was good in my state although there were no state restrictions listed on the form! I didn't think that was very good customer service for this company!

Aw, that stinks! It's a great rebate because it's good on any produce, so buy a pumpkin or veggies for Thanksgiving & you're good to go. They sent out handwritten checks last year. Thanks OP!

I found these at Wegmans taped to the 6-pack of the product. I only found enough for myself but if I find more will add them to my DB Haves. I have done a few rebates for this company in the past and had no problems, however I did find the forms here in NY. Although there are no state restrictions on the form, perhaps the person who had theirs rejected lives in a state where alcohol rebates are not allowed or live in a state where this product is not sold? I don't know. It is a small company and my checks in the past were also hand written.
