You must go thru the Best Seats in the House contest entry form to get to the page with the rebate. It requests a UPC number but you can click to get a free code. Rebate is a PDF file (No, I will not post a PDF file or a direct link to a PDF file on HCW - please don't ask).

Manufacturer's Rebate expires 12/31/2009

Save $7.00 on any size Senokot, Senokot-S, Colace, or Peri-Colace products.

To receive rebate send:
1. Original UPC
2. Original cash register receipt dated between 8/14/09 and 12/31/09 with purchase price and date circled. (Note: Retailer name must be printed on receipt for verification.)
3. Original completed form
