Wishlist - updated 5/10 & NBPN rebates for NC!
This is the update I received today & I am SOOOO mad! Apparently, now they are saying that I only submitted receipts for 16 items. First, I got rejected for not sending 20 UPCs that weren't even listed on their form & now I didn't submit receipts for all 20 items???? Ugh! Which is it exactly?! I sent all my receipts with all 20 items circled. I have the scanned copies of all the receipts I had submitted as backup so I guess I am going to resubmit & hope for the best. I suppose they will deny me again because they aren't original receipts.
The rep I spoke to was trying to tell me that I must have purchased items that didn't qualify. We went over them one by one & there were 20 of the correct items. I purchased items that were pictured on the rebate form in the sizes specified, duh!
I sure won't be doing this rebate again. This has got to be the worst rebate experience I have ever had. It seems like they purposely want to find a reason to deny it and that the company processing the rebates for Nabisco/Kraft doesn't have a clue.
I received the postcard this morning. I called 1-800-622-4726 and spoke to Christina. She said the postcard was an error. We did not need to send in the 20 UPC codes. She said my check has been mailed and I'll receive it within 4 weeks. I checked on www.web-rebates.com, but there is no record of the check as of yet. It's always something with these rebates!
Good News! I received my rebate today!!! 511-1 hopefully everyone else gets theirs soon
I got my check yesterday, and I had not called to find out why I got the postcard. So, anyone else who was just giving it a few days should be ok without having to call the company.
I got an email response:

I'll be sending your case to our marketing staff where your submission information will be reviewed again. We scanned your rebate form and all your receipts into our system when we received them earlier. We will get back to you shortly with a response.
I'm also very sorry the contact phone number on your card is a non-working telephone number. The matter has been addressed and corrected.
Once again, I'm sorry for what you went through, and I'd like you to know that I've shared your experience with our Promotions Team. I hope that you'll choose to participate in our future offers and that you'll be totally satisfied with them.

Okay........so where's my 20 bucks?
I had a message left on my answering machine Wednesday saying that my check was in the mail. We'll see.......
