I got the rejection card and hadn't called yet, and i got my check in the mail about a week after the rejection post card. Thank goodness, 20$ is quite a rebate to lose out on.

Me too. Got my rejection letter on either 9/17 or 18, got my check this last Friday. I didn't call either.

This is the update I received today & I am SOOOO mad! Apparently, now they are saying that I only submitted receipts for 16 items. First, I got rejected for not sending 20 UPCs that weren't even listed on their form & now I didn't submit receipts for all 20 items???? Ugh! Which is it exactly?! I sent all my receipts with all 20 items circled. I have the scanned copies of all the receipts I had submitted as backup so I guess I am going to resubmit & hope for the best. I suppose they will deny me again because they aren't original receipts.
The rep I spoke to was trying to tell me that I must have purchased items that didn't qualify. We went over them one by one & there were 20 of the correct items. I purchased items that were pictured on the rebate form in the sizes specified, duh!
I sure won't be doing this rebate again. This has got to be the worst rebate experience I have ever had. It seems like they purposely want to find a reason to deny it and that the company processing the rebates for Nabisco/Kraft doesn't have a clue.

i got one of them cards to. were the chips ahoy snack packs(the small mini cookies in a resealable bag) included in this rebate deal that was the one thing i was not sure about.
I bought these when that $2 coupon off chips ahoy and capri sun was out a month or 2 ago. Anyway, when I checked the product list, they were listed on the last couple of pages, so I think they should be fine. That being said, I still don't have $20 yet.
yes, I got the postcard about 9 days before the check came, even though website says check was mailed out first, LOl..I never called, just waited to see, and it arrived in mail without me doing anything!!
I have a question. The website says my check was mailed on 9/24 but I haven't received it yet. Is this a problem, or do these just take awhile? Thanks!
Ok, I can't find a list of eligible items on the website. I don't know if its because I am using my Blackberry or what (do not have internet services). Can someone please tell me if 12oz Cheese Nips are included as a any cookie or cracker. Thanks and reps if someone can help me!
